Pre-Cut and Frozen - You can order pre-processed, shrink-wrapped and frozen, specific cuts of beef or pork which are available at the farm. Deliveries or shipments from the farm can be arranged for any size order. Shipping charges are additional to all prices shown. Coming to pick up your order at the Farm gives you the opportunity to visit us! Please call to arrange an appointment when you come to make sure we are available. Use the order form below to place an online order. We will call to confirm availability and arrange payment. All cuts are not always available.
You cannot order more than 100 of any item using this form.
If you need more than 100, we are happy to take your order over the phone (518 692-9208 or 518 692-3120) or you may add a second order.
Other Farms we coordinate with - We have arrangements with Stonewood Farm of Orwell, VT to store and sell their turkey products from our farm. We usually have whole turkey, dark and mixed ground turkey and 4 kinds of turkey sausages. We also work with KNK Poultry of Edmeston, NY to offer their whole chicken, chicken breasts, chicken legs and thighs, and whole ducks from our freezers. These items are shown at the end of our product lists.

Our 100 LB Mixed Package
We call these Generic Quarters - A generic quarter is mix of popular steaks and roasts from all over the animal to give you a little bit of everything to test your cooking skills in all seasons. To try to keep the cuts in our inventory separated by the fore and hind sections would be no fun for us! We mix a variety of cuts to create a 'generic' quarter of approximately 100 lbs of cuts. You will need about 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space. The mix includes approximately 20 pounds of various steaks, 15 pounds of boneless roasts, 15 pounds of bone-in roasts, 5 pounds of stew meat, 5 pounds of short ribs, and 40 pounds of lean ground beef.
